Dr. Frank Fornari

Dr. Fornari co-founded Dominion Diagnostics, a clinical drug testing laboratory, and served as CEO and a Director of the company since its founding in 1997. He has 30 years of experience in basic scientific research, clinical medicine, toxicology, chemistry, and drug development as well as management of academic and clinical laboratory and research facilities. Dr. Fornari has authored numerous scientific articles and publications and holds several patents related to drug development. He is a frequent speaker and an industry expert on Pharmacology.

Dr. Fornari received a B.S. degree from St. Vincent’s College and a Ph.D. in Molecular Pharmacology and Toxicology with postdoctoral training in medicinal and analytical chemistry, drug design, and molecular genetics from the Medical College of Virginia.

Dr. Fornari currently resides in Naples, Florida.

Amy Hedrick

While attending school at Columbia University in New York, Amy spent several years fundraising and developing international humanitarian projects for a New York City based not-for-profit organization. In addition to medical, construction, and financial initiatives in Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia, a major part of her focus was establishing music and art programs in local communities.

She is a classically trained violinist and vocalist and has a strong creative and performance background. Amy formed Ethereal Productions after moving to Los Angeles. She develops and produces new media programming and independent feature films.

Amy currently resides in West Hollywood, California.

Jonah Hirsch

Jonah studied economics at the University of Chicago and the London School of Economics, and spent 10 years as an investment banker on Wall Street before moving into the entertainment business. He worked on some of the largest corporate restructuring that was handled by Morgan Stanley and then joined Bank of America’s Investment Banking group working in high yield and distressed securities and running their International Bond Restructuring Group, executing deals in excess of $30 billion.

In 2004 Jonah formed Fixed Point Films and has developed, financed and produced over a dozen independent feature films, most recently PASSION PLAY starring Mickey Rourke and Megan Fox, MAIN STREET starring Colin Firth and Orlando Bloom.

Jonah currently resides in Beverly Hills, California.
